Shipping policy

Our order processing times may vary.

Single stage van ramp orders are processed within 3-5 days after receiving your order confirmation email.

All other ramp orders are processed within 10-14 days after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders of multiple ramps are processed within 2-3 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We use Lowes Transport for all deliveries within the UK. Orders are delivered within 72h from despatch, 3-5 days for Scotland.

Information on your delivery

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@alloyramps.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@alloyramps.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Alternatively, collection can be arranged through Lowes Transport or DHL, this will be charged based on the collection postcode + VAT and taken off any refund processed.
